Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the ep1 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between ep1 and its users. The ep1 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is not permitted, and any such account found will be closed immediately.
Ep1 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Rules
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Payment features may be restricted until identity verification is completed.
Account Security
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility.
- Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ep1 immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
User Code of Conduct
Users must comply with the following while using the platform:
- The use of fraudulent methods, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform is not permitted.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on ep1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
A minimum deposit amount applies. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Transaction fees may apply where relevant — please check the current fee schedule before making a deposit or withdrawal.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests that bypass bonus conditions will not be accepted. ep1 reserves the right to verify or suspend accounts if suspicious transactions or money laundering activity is detected.
All payment information is transmitted over secure encrypted connections. ep1 will never ask for your password or full card number by phone or email.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ep1 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Ep1's liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform is limited. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.
Ep1 is not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment services or software providers integrated into the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ep1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ep1.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of ep1.
Content provided by third-party software suppliers on the platform is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Ep1 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Violation of any part of these terms — particularly operating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Attempting to gain unfair advantages through bots, automated software, or other fraudulent means.
If false information is provided during registration or identity verification fails.
Any suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed, any legitimately earned remaining balance will be returned to the user; however, bonuses and rewards with unmet conditions are excluded.
Third Parties, Governing Law & Contact
Third-Party Services
The ep1 platform may integrate game software providers, payment gateways, and other third-party services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and ep1 is not responsible for their conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be referred to negotiation for resolution.
Changes to Terms
Ep1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
